Sleep

Whether it’s your yearly physical or a sports physical, Provida Family Medicine can perform the required physical.
At these physicals, a provider will do a complete check of your child’s blood pressure, weight and height, lungs, heart, eyes, ears, and beyond.

Unscheduled Appointments
We encourage all patients to schedule follow-up visits, regular check-ups, and wellness visits in advance to best serve you.
Since you can’t predict when your child will get an earache or catch a cold, we encourage you to visit our online schedule for availabilities to see a provider when you need to.
